My name is Nathan Rose. The Equity Crowdfunding Expert.

I help entrepreneurs from around the world get funded.

A weekly strategy call, and unlimited email access for up to three months as you prepare your offer and launch it. You'll get my input on all facets - marketing, platform choice, video - everything!

Why should we work together?

Simply put, I will substantially improve your chances of succeeding at equity crowdfunding - whatever stage you are at.

Entrepreneurs consistently underestimate the amount of time and expertise that goes into a successful equity crowdfunding offer. Having a professional on your side who has seen many campaigns up close, who knows what works (and what doesn't) is extremely valuable, particularly if you are looking to raise hundreds of thousands, or millions of dollars (or euros, pounds or others!)

I can save you time, and you won't have to spend time learning how to crowdfund. I will make sure your efforts are being spent in the right place, allowing important strategic choices to be made faster.

Exactly how we would work together?

If you book a One-On-One Consultation, we will find a timeslot that suits both of us. You bring your most difficult equity crowdfunding questions, and I will answer them. I'll also make suggestions on things you may not have thought of, so that you leave the call with a clear idea of what to do next.

If you take a Launch Strategy package, we will spend the first call understanding your objectives and all about your business. After that, you will send over your pitch document which I will read and provide detailed feedback on. We will discuss that on the second call. Next, I will prepare an indicative valuation for your company based on past equity crowdfunding offers in similar industries, and send your customised launch strategy We will use the third call to go through the valuation and launch strategy, and answer any of your remaining questions.

If you engage me for Campaign Management, we will go through everything mentioned above in the Launch Strategy package. In addition, I will personally provide with you with introductions to the equity crowdfunding platforms, and provide feedback on all of your email and social media collateral. We will run a weekly strategy session to make sure the process is on track, deal with any roadblocks together, and make sure your offer is the best it can be.

What is your experience?

My background is in finance. Before beginning Assemble Advisory, I was an investment banker. There, I helped early-stage companies with initial public offerings. I now offer the same skills to the equity crowdfunding market. You can read more about my background on LinkedIn.

I have spent the last two years travelling the world, getting to know the global equity crowdfunding landscape, meeting the platforms and entrepreneurs at the forefront of the space, and discovering the real strategies that real companies have used to succeed.

I have appeared at crowdfunding conferences around the globe, including in Toronto, Amsterdam, London and Paris. I have spent time as an Expert In Residence at CrowdfundingHub, the European Expertise Centre for Alternative Finance and Community Finance. I am also a regular contributor to Crowdfund Insider, the world's most prominent crowdfunding news site.

I have written a bestselling book on the subject: "Equity Crowdfunding: The Complete Guide For Startups And Growing Companies". Click here to read more about it, or click here to purchase a copy on Amazon.

How do I know if equity crowdfunding will be right for my business?

To answer this question would take thousands of words because there are so many factors to consider - fortunately, I've done just that! This Guide To Equity Crowdfunding will explain the fundamentals. Chances are, your question will be answered there. If you are still unsure, your suitability for equity crowdfunding is one of the things we can talk about in our one-on-one consultation.

The best matches for working with me are startups and growing companies who:

  • Are seeking to raise at least US$100,000 (or equivalent)
  • Can justify a valuation of at least US$500,000 (or equivalent)
  • Understand why they are seeking to raise capital, and what they plan to spend the money on
  • Know the value of high quality advice
  • Incorporated in: the United Kingdom, Continental Europe, the United States, Canada, Israel, Australia or New Zealand

What won't you do?

Before signing up to work with me, you should understand exactly what I will do, and what I will not do.

  • I won't write your pitch for you or do other 'grunt work'. My role is to stay focused on the strategic issues that determine offer success
  • I won't work with projects that I don't believe in, or don't believe have a reasonable chance of succeeding
  • I won't work with clients who have nothing more than an idea, and no traction or revenue yet
  • I won't work with clients from Africa, South America, or Developing Asia (because crowdfunding is virtually non-existent there)
  • I won't produce a campaign video or review legal documents (but can make recommendations for other service providers)

If we work together, can you guarantee my campaign will succeed?

No. In crowdfunding, there are never any guarantees. I can help you to improve your chances, but your success will be determined by a number of factors - including the quality of your company, the size of your crowd, and your willingness to listen to advice and execute on the strategy.

If any agency tells you they can guarantee success at crowdfunding, you should run very far away.

How do you justify your prices?

The service is significantly more comprehensive than others of its kind. I focus on working with a smaller number of clients and doing more substantial work for them. I take the time to understand your needs, and I make sure I have all the information I need to provide you with the best possible advice.

You may not realise your company possesses certain strengths and advantages which are useful to crowdfunding. My job is to draw those out to give you the best possible chance of success.

And, as far as I know, I am the only crowdfunding coach in the world that takes a completely global view of equity crowdfunding. I've spent the time and money to seek out the very best strategies from around the world, so that you and your campaign can benefit.

Still, I understand that it won't be affordable for everyone. If working with me one-on-one is beyond your budget, I have created other products to help. I've published this book, and created this online course. These have been designed to give you access to information critical to equity crowdfunding success at a more-affordable price.

Can you work on my campaign for a commission, with no retainer upfront?

No. Because I work with you intensively 1-on-1 and spend a significant amount of time personally guiding you through the equity crowdfunding process, I cannot work on a purely commission basis.

It is critical that my clients have 'skin in the game' and have made a financial commitment if they are serious about crowdfunding and working with me.

Can we speak / ask further questions before deciding whether to work with you?

Sure! I will be happy to provide any clarification you need to decide whether working with me will be a good fit for what your campaign needs. Naturally, these questions will be limited to how we can work together. I won't provide any camapign advice until an engagement has been agreed.

Which one of these services should I sign up for?

If you are unsure about what you need, the best first step would be to book a one-on-one consultation. After that call, we can decide if working together further makes sense.

Can you provide testimonials from past clients?
